Damages

You are responsible for the cost of any damage to the limo or its equipment caused by you or anyone in your group.

Normal “wear and tear” from regular use doesn’t count.

Behavior Inside the Limo

• No smoking or vaping will be allowed within the limo.
• No sexual activity, illegal behavior, lewd acts, excessive intoxication, or disruptive/rowdy conduct will be allowed.
• If this happens, the driver will end the ride immediately, and no refund will be given.
• For safety reasons, the driver may monitor activities inside the limo.

Following the Rules

Everyone in your group must follow all laws (legal and those of common sense) and any specific instructions provided by your driver at the start of the ride.

Failure to follow these rules may result in the termination of your trip without a refund.

Liability

Lilac Limousines and its drivers are not responsible for injuries, losses, or damages that result from your own actions, negligence, or failure to follow the rules.

Alcohol is allowed only for passengers 21 and over, in line with Washington State law. Illegal drugs are never allowed.

Agreement

By booking with Lilac Limousines, you acknowledge that you’ve read and understood these terms, and you agree to share them with everyone in your group.
